Photography has always been more than images to me, it’s how we remember who we are and where we come from. I’ve long been fascinated by family history, by the stories carried through generations, and by the photographs that quietly hold them together. The ones that are pulled from drawers years later, edges softened by time, still full of feeling.

That love is what led me here.

I’m endlessly drawn to the early days of family life, the tenderness, the stillness, the way everything feels new and sacred all at once. Photographing newborns in their homes allows me to capture those moments honestly and gently, just as they are, surrounded by love and familiarity.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll often find me outdoors, hiking in the Lake District or exploring new places with my husband and our dog. Nature reminds me to slow down, notice the small details, and appreciate beauty in its most natural form, values I bring into every session I photograph.

With Willow + Nest, my hope is to create images that feel timeless and true. Photographs that don’t just show what your family looked like, but how it felt to love one another in that moment. Images that will one day become part of your family’s story.
